My Backround

In the mid 1980's I bought my first home and I was hooked!  Real estate has been a passion of mine ever since.  I have held real estate licenses in Illinois and Arizona.  I have purchased and sold many types of properties including condo's, townhomes, single family homes, apartment buildings, vacation homes, and vacation rentals in Illinois, Hawaii, and Arizona.  I have personally managed several residential and vacation rentals.  I have managed rehab projects on several properties for myself and others.  In addition, I  also have business interests and experience in home staging, re-decorating, home watching, and moving assistance.  

In addition to my real estate related experience I have many years of progressive and successful corporate sales and executive management history.  My combined experience and talents in all three areas are what seperates me from the vast majority of my peers.   What I bring to the table is my experince and ability to determine and understand the needs of my clients.  We then work together to establish specific goals and objectives that meet their real estate requirements.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, honesty, responsiveness, community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network.  That said, in my experience as a  real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about accountability.  My business philosophy requires keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
